Issue of deductibles in car accidents is covered by Global TV

Often people are unaware that if they are involved in a car accident, there is a monetary deductible of $30,000.00 from the amount of non-pecuniary damages that the injured person would otherwise receive so long as the damages are assessed at under $100,000.00 which are the majority of the claims.
