We have also developed significant expertise in representing mortgage companies and debtors all aspects of mortgage enforcement, including collections and recoveries and enforcement of security. We work with mortgage companies and the debtor to find creative solutions in lieu of foreclosure transactions.

We have extensive experience acting for borrowers or lenders on mortgage transactions including financing and refinancing of residential, industrial and commercial properties.
